Lifting teams in restoration
Lever360 is the operating platform for the restoration industry — software, training and IICRC certification, built by restoration people for the companies that run the work.
Tools, built for restoration
We didn't read about restoration. We ran it. Every part of Lever360 was built because we needed it ourselves — in our own shop, on our own jobs, on our own bad days.
We learned the hard way so the next operator doesn't have to. That's the whole point of the lever — one push, more weight moved, fewer broken backs.
Why we're called Lever360
Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.

What we do
Lever360 brings together the three things every restoration company needs: software to run the work, training to build the team, and IICRC-approved certification to set the standard. Run one. Run all three.
Software to run your restoration company — every job, every truck, every tech, every dollar.
On-demand digital training and a full LMS — onboard, upskill and develop every role on the team.
IICRC-approved school delivered by the Restoration Technical Institute — live, online, or private on-site.
Built for restoration
Lever360 was built by restoration operators — not adapted from an HVAC or plumbing platform. Every job number, dry log, moisture reading and certification path is shaped around how restoration companies actually work.

From a single-van independent to a 40-location franchise — if you do restoration, the platform fits.

Our story
Lever360 came out of a working restoration company — not a software boardroom. We needed dry logs that defended a bill, dispatch that didn't double-book a crew, and training the next tech could actually finish. So we built it. Then we shared it.

One platform

Same job file —
in the truck, on the phone.
Native iOS and Android apps — built for the field, not a responsive web wrapper. Photos, dry logs, scoping, time and equipment all log offline and sync the moment a bar comes back.
Restoration, construction, OSHA, leadership and soft skills.
Assign by role or team, paths, knowledge checks, reporting.
OSHA, HAZWOPER, Bloodborne. Documented and audit-ready.
Upload SOPs and proprietary training. Scale internal know-how.

The independent restoration company is our anchor — one truck or seventy people, we’re built for you first. Multi-location operators, franchise systems and national networks build on top of the same platform.
Pick a user bracket. Pick Software, Learning Lever, or both. Pricing is the same whether you have one truck or seventy — you only pay for the seats you actually use.
Pick the lever you need first. Add the others when you’re ready. They’re built to work on their own — and built to reinforce each other when run together.
Restoration moves too fast for a six-quarter rollout. A dedicated implementation lead — an operator, not a generic CS rep — gets your shop migrated, trained and live in a month.
A working operator walks your team through how you actually run jobs today. We configure Lever360 to fit your phases, your loss types and your tasking model.
We import from your existing system — DASH, PSA, spreadsheets or a custom DB. Nothing is left behind, and your team trains on real data, not a sandbox.
Side-by-side with your existing tools for one week. Field crews train on iOS / Android in the truck. By end of week four you’re running on Lever360 only.
Phone, email and in-app chat — staffed by people who’ve done restoration work.
Your team gets a Learning Lever seat to onboard on Lever360 itself — no extra cost.
A working operator reviews your setup at 60 and 90 days, before bad habits set in.
DASH, PSA, Restoration Manager, spreadsheets, or any other database — we move it for you.
Lever360 is the only vendor that understood we needed training and software. Our onboarding went from six weeks to two, and our adjuster scores went up.
When the platform runs end-to-end, the work changes shape.
New techs ramp in weeks, not months.
Less rework. Cleaner billing. Fewer leaks.
IICRC coverage across the techs who need it.
Days come out of start-to-final-bill.
The questions every restoration buyer asks in the first call — answered in writing, before you have to ask them.
30-minute walkthrough, tailored to your shop — software, training, or certification. No slideshow. We bring jobs and questions; you bring yours.
